Listen to Your Subconscious Mind

It's time to start listening to you subconscious mind to see what it is saying. Your mind has over 50,000 thoughts in a day. To listen to your subconscious you must learn to quiet those 50,000 thoughts.

You begin to do that by relaxing. Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you will not be disturbed. Before you begin ask your subconscious mind to speak to you. (This may seem strange at first, but bear with us.) Now just relax. Start concentrating on your breathing. In and out. In and out. In and out. Let go of any tension you may feel in your muscles. Just concentrate on your breathing. If you have trouble getting into a relaxed state the relaxing video below may help.

When you are in a relaxed state, and you feel your mind is peaceful, we want to start playing a game. Try and catch your thoughts. A thought will pop into your head. Just pay attention to the thought. Try not to react to it. Just notice it. Notice what you are feeling. Don't try and fight the thought. Just let it be. The thought will eventually fade away. Remember that thought for later.

Continue this with as many thoughts as you like. They will continue to come. You are interacting with your subconscious mind. After you have finished this exercise. Review the thoughts. Ask yourself what do these thoughts mean to me? What do these thoughts tell me about myself? Do this exercise daily and you will be surprised how much you learn about the inner workings of your mind.
